| Hi Contract Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Techno Functional Consultant Exp 11+ Location: New York (Onsite) JD: Strong experience in Managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaigns & their E2E lifecycles(Must have skill). Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Triggered Send Emails, Automation and Journey Builder, Push Notification, Custom Activity Integration and usage, Contact builder from development perspective(Must have skill). Should provide Support roadmap, platform roadmap, development of new feature. Good Understanding of Retail Order Lifecycle, Membership, Behavioral Email and Push notification Programs journey for all consumers on website and Apps stores. Interact with client business team and other developers/tester for any clarification required. SPOC of all technical/functional queries raised by offshore/nearshore team providing solutions To do impact analysis, participate in high level design, create design specifications as per the high-level design, create POCs wherever required to showcase new functionalities, create / review unit test plans for the project in order to develop / Validate / Maintain the application as per the requirements. Experience in Third party integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud system. Support for development activities (new or modified components, changes to business needs and requirements, creation of new business capabilities, creation of user manuals, training for end users) Strong written and Verbal Communication Skills.
