Job Summary: Understands multiple module configurations in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Has a thorough understanding of major financial transactions and reporting business processes. Works in a team environment to translate customer requirements into a best-fit solution within the framework of the Oracle EBS application. Fully understands how to support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Interacts with end-user groups to evaluate the criticality of upcoming enhancements/changes and works on team capacity planning accordingly. Job Responsibilities: Serves as a top-notch functional expert supporting one or more clients and unlimited user groups. Analyzes current business processes, determining the scope and estimates for proposed enhancements or application upgrades. Coordinates and manages the enhancements and/or Agile EPICs the team is working on. Drive resolution of production incidents through analysis and coordination with multiple teams Guide problem management activities and work with different teams to create fixes based on the root cause analysis. Engages with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. Applies expert business process knowledge to significant business projects or processes. Performs business development activities, including providing technical input to proposal efforts. Job Qualifications: Requires ability to pass Federal background check and meet the residency requirement for having resided in the US at least (3) three out of the last (5) five years. BS or equivalent + 14 years related experience, or MS + 12 years related experience. Oracle Federal Financials FV, GL, AP, AR, PO At least 8 years of Knowledge of basic Oracle SQL / PL-SQL Ability to write simple queries using TOAD. Understanding the Client's architecture is a bonus/preference. Knowledge of Oracle USSGL Accounting Knowledge of ServiceNow Tool. Preferred experience Experience in a Federal environment / Knowledge/experience.
