Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements. Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development. Creating product roadmaps based on the business north star vision. Strong leadership, organizational and technical skills. Strong attention to detail and technicalities. Knowledge in managing across a mixed, complex portfolio and technology stack, residing across multiple technology platforms with expertise in complex application transformation efforts. Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. Ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously while balancing the workload and constraints of each. Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills to work across teams to develop and implement complex projects. Ability to work with large teams. What you bring A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or similar degree, or equivalent experience. A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous. A minimum of five years' experience in the industry. Enabling, optimizing, and supporting cloud and legacy application modernization. In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology. Strong knowledge of product development architecture. Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles. Strong understanding of design quality standards. Added bonus if you have A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Knowledge and experience with Automotive/Parts Supply Chain.
