These should be candidates with a firm grasp of a structured SDLC process and the responsibilities of a professional developer. Experienced Laserfiche Software Consultant/Programmer needed to create workflows, forms, reports, and Business Process tools with deep understanding within the Laserfiche system. This position will involve creating, configuring, and programing workflows as needed to implement multiple projects. Will be responsible for participating in design meetings, provide expertise to implement those designs while working with project team. Must have Laserfiche Document Management software as programmer, configurator and/or administrator. Laserfiche Certification preferred. Create, support, and maintain Laserfiche Workflows, Forms, Reports and Business Process software. Design and diagram workflows and forms in Dev for testing and final approvals. Implements system changes within business units; perform development and unit testing activities. Work with Laserfiche Senior BA/Programmers to get technical guidance and follow the standards and best practices. Experience working with Business Requirement Document and translating it to technical development/ configuration work. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in an appropriate manner. Ability to effectively express technical information to non-technical team members. Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail. Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities. Effective written, listening, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. A full remote resource is acceptable, but hybrid would be preferred (2 days in the office, 3 remote).
