Guiding the Offshore team to perform the configuration and coding of SAP Service Module, including all interfaces to and from ServiceMax and other boundary systems 4. Driving the testing effort for SAP Service across the program (focusing on SAP Service Module and its touchpoints) 5. Provide knowledge and training as part of the Organizational Change Management Team for the SAP Service Module 6. Providing post go-live support of the SAP Service implementation Must haves: 1.
