Analysis of Requirements, Big Rocks and Fit / Gap list for SAP Service 2. Authoring of Business Process Definition Documents, Configuration Rationale Documents, Data Definitions and RICEFW Functional Specs using Powerpoint, Word and Excel, in the area of SAP Service 3. Guiding the Offshore team to perform the configuration and coding of SAP Service Module, including all interfaces to and from ServiceMax and other boundary systems 4. Driving the testing effort for SAP Service across the program (focusing on SAP Service Module and its touchpoints) 5. Provide knowledge and training as part of the Organizational Change Management Team for the SAP Service Module 6. Providing post go-live support of the SAP Service implementation Must haves: 1.
