Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy. Stakeholder analysis and Requirements engineering. Strong experience of Processes modelling. Strong MS Office suite, project management software skills. Key Accountabilities: Identify/analyse business needs and document the findings. Conduct requirements gathering session and define scope and objectives. Articulate the requirements, risk, assumptions and threat. Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to achieve the business outcomes. Carry out workshops to brainstorm ideas, problems and document solution. Document Process and Procedures required to support the business requirement Produce pictorial representation of Business process outlines Produce detailed process workflow maps Work with relevant automation teams to describe requirements, and test the automation workflows Document the SLAs/OLAs required for the Business and point out Ensure support documents are created and distributed/posted in timely manner. Analyze, test, and evaluate raw materials, in-process products, and final products. Perform data gather, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process changes. Review solution designs with the IT project teams to ensure they meet requirements, are scalable and high quality. Create impact assessments and analyze the ROI for system enhancements.
