Leads and consults on test automation strategy, requirement, design, implementation, and execution. 13-15 years MUST have experience to lead 10 Plus Team members. *Creation and maintenance of appropriate test environment. *Review and provide feedback for technical requirements for comprehensiveness. *Create testing case documents and define testing methodology. *Working directly with developers, project management, product management, and infrastructure to define test phase activities in the development and delivery lifecycle. *Supports, and assists software development engineers in test, testers, and hardware development efforts as needed in the development, maintenance, and execution of manual and automated test scripts, reproduction and analysis of discovered bugs, and ensuring adherence to defined coding standards and technical / user requirements. * Manage test resources and activities across multiple project and product deliverables. *Serve as tier 3 triage lead of incoming bugs. *Produce regular bug / error log / tier 3 escalation reports.
