Experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Scheduling, Analytics, Workforce Device Manager. Experience in Workforce Connect/WIM and Kronos Configuration Manager, Record Manager. Experience in configuring and supporting Kronos Timekeeper products for Retail users. Strong Experience in supporting customers in creating Schedules, Function Access Profiles, Hyper find queries, Display profiles, Logon profiles, and Workflow Notifications. Experience on maintenance and support of Kronos Application servers and performance troubleshooting. Experience in Data collection Manager Kronos 4500 Clocks setup and support.
