Minimum Qualifications A minimum of three (3) years of experience in designing self-paced online courses for adult learners A minimum of three (3) years of experience in creating multimedia and SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) compliant learning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise Preferred Qualifications Four (4) years of experience in online curriculum design and development for adult learners One (1) year of experience evaluating the effectiveness of training Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles, and best practices for self-paced online eLearning delivery. Experience with: (1) Vyond to create video components within training (2) Learning management systems such as Canvas or Blackboard (3) Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word Ability to: (1) Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders within the Judiciary (2) Meet deadlines and manage deliverables on multiple projects simultaneously (3) Communicate effectively (4) Accept and address constructive feedback Education Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related disciplines.
