We are looking for a DevOps engineer to provide support and execute infrastructure, security, deployment, and IT operations at. The successful applicant will work effectively with stakeholders and members of the secrets management team and effectively perform operations to support production infrastructure. What You'll Do Perform IT operations and run scripts to support production infrastructure Develop dashboards, documentation and reports as needed Reply and address customer tickets related to secrets management within the business SLAs. Customer ticket handling following given SOP Work with team to design or implement improvements to components with team as needed What Candidate will need Experience in operational or process improvement Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form across a wide array of internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
