Position: Seismic Administrator Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: Must have Seismic Admin Skills Important Skills Technical Global Distribution, Compliance, GIS, GIT, Seismic, AEM Soft Great communication, interpersonal skills, experience working with stake holders and executives Must Haves: BS in Technology Management or other related Technology fields. 3 5 years experience working on the Seismic platform, preferably within the financial services industry. Works well independently with minimal supervision Ability to identify issues, addresses them appropriately to management, and assist in developing solutions. Strong project management and communication skills Detailed oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills Plus: Experience with Workfront and/or AEM platform is a plus Day to Day: The Seismic Administrator works with key Global Distribution, Compliance, GIS, and GIT stakeholders to provide the day-to-day support of the Seismic Enablement platform. The Seismic Administrator works with key Global Distribution, Compliance, GIS, and GIT stakeholders to provide the day-to-day support of the Seismic Enablement platform. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary support for the Seismic Platform; Problem resolution, maintain/create Content Profiles, Page design, NewsCenter, and Insights. Onboard, training and license management of new hires Librarian knowledge of taxonomy, Seismic dynamic rules and overall content management Stay up to date on new Seismic capabilities and with support, role out new capabilities to users Primary support for analytics dashboard & reporting, including adoption metrics and engagement Monitor the user support queue and ensure prompt case resolution Continually enhances knowledge of systems, products, and industry.
