Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant Location: Exton, PA - Onsite Contract: 6+ months with possible extension Description: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Role The candidate should possess 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in HCM with at least 3 end to end Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) implementation experience. The candidate must have expert functional knowledge and experience in the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, Recruitment (ORC), Workforce Compensation Good experience in identification, assessment and providing solutions for complex functional requirements/issues on Oracle Fusion HCM The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers for requirement gathering, providing solution, configuration, testing and go-live. Good knowledge of data flow and integrations of Fusion HCM with other downstream systems Good understanding of technical areas such as HCM Extracts, BIP, Fast Formulas Experience working in onsite-offshore model Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving skills.
