Strong experience working with key stakeholders to deliver strategic Network Security capabilities. Strong leadership experience, with the capability to mentor other team members where required. Strong experience working with Web Application Firewalls, Load Balancers, Web Proxies, Email Gateways, Firewalls and Routing/Switching/ Dynamic routing protocols. Working experience of project management fundamentals and project management practices, specifically agile. Experience conducting service transition initiatives. Experience identifying and implementing key performance indicators. Experience supporting the discovery and creation of technical processes. Experience conducting problem management by identifying trends in product failures and reoccurring incidents. Experience conducting complex changes on the security devices. Experience working in a Network Security Operations Centre Key Accountabilities: Provide subject matter expert level leadership, guidance, and influence in order to deliver the project efficiently. Effectively engage with required key stakeholders to ensure the required technical considerations are appropriately prioritized and implemented. Work with both project and BAU resources to seamlessly transition new capabilities and services to internal resources ensuring requirements are provided and met prior to handover. Communicating accurately and transparently Support the production of accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Analyzing, mitigating and reporting program risks. Collaboratively working with vendors and partner providers Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders such as leaders, consultants, procurement, and the business teams in order to share best practice, identify potential new projects and liaise with other working areas during project progression. Implements Operational procedures including: Productivity, quality, and customer-service standards by resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining improvement opportunities, and implementing change Driving constant iterative improvement Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services. Challenge existing project processes, technologies and systems to continuously seek ways to do things better in order to achieve department and business objectives and drive greater efficiencies for the business.
