We have an immediate opening for the below role, kindly please share best match profiles according to the role.

Role: Salesforce Admin/ BA (10+ Years)

Location: 100% remote.  Comfortable working CST hours and traveling to Chicago 1-2x per year

Duration: 6+ Months

Interview: Video/ Phone

Visa: USC/ H4-EAD

Candidates MUST have:

Advanced Administrator certification; ideally a Marketing Cloud
or Business Analyst as well

Need to have a Trailhead page on Salesforce that can verify the certifications

Strong Marketing Cloud experience can talk in-depth on it, not just surface level

Azure DevOps
or similar tool for tracking epics/user stories (Jira, etc.)

Certified Salesforce Administrator

Exposure to DevOps Methodology (tool agnostic)

50/50 admin/BSA

Communication-bank as a whole is migrating to salesforce and integrating for the first time. Once live they need someone who can share the conversations with business and stakeholders in IT.  Will work directly with Product Owners and Solution Architect

Job Description:

Sr. Salesforce BSA/Admin, minimum 10 years of experience as BSA, with 10 years of experience in Salesforce as an administrator.

Potential for long term contract, supporting new implementation of Salesforce for the Bank.

Required to work central time with up to 5% travel expected in case of remote location.

The BSA/Admin will:

Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owner to gather and refine requirements.

Work on creating Epics and features and authoring user stories within Azure DevOps.

Run metrics on the Azure DevOps board

Create and manage documents such as business workflows, data maps, training manuals, etc.

Experience with the deployment of custom objects in Sales cloud using Azure CI/CD pipelines.

The BSA will work with business to create, execute, support and measure email marketing.

Build customer journeys with Salesforce Journey builder.

Ensure SFMC offers a user-centric data experience that allows marketing team to effectively convert customers through campaign strategies.

Track historical marketing campaigns to provide benchmarks, evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing campaigns.

Should have excellent knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools like email studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Campaign builder, Automation Studio, Analytics Builder and good to have some knowledge for Mobile Studio and Social Studio.

Have knowledge of programming languages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specify to AMPscript and SQL (and Query Studio experience).

Have knowledge developing and maintaining custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows and approval process etc.

Create and manage user roles, profiles, permission sets and security settings.

Design and create reports, dashboards and flows to automate business processes.

Configure, customize and maintain the Sales and Marketing clouds.

Help establish Business standards and processes in alignment with Salesforce best practices
