Join the team to spearhead the migration of the 'OpenText' application from a VS Data datacenter to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Responsibilities: Lead the seamless migration of the 'OpenText' application, hosted on SQL Server, from VS Data datacenter to GCP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and minimal downtime. Execute data migration, ensuring data integrity and security throughout the process. Optimize SQL Server performance on GCP infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues promptly. Document the migration process comprehensively for future reference. Requirements: Proven expertise in SQL Server administration and optimization. Hands-on experience migrating applications from on-premises datacenters to GCP. Strong understanding of data migration best practices and security protocols. Familiarity with the 'OpenText' application is advantageous. Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
