Support Citrix environment for patch deployment and application installation. Manage Windows workstation security remediation and patch management through SCCM. Oversee application patching and security package deployment. Research and implement patch management solutions for workstations, virtual desktops, and printers using Group Policy (GPO) where applicable. Automate routine tasks related to workstation support using PowerShell. 5+ years' overall IT experience with a minimum of 3 years in the Financial industry.
