Position: Pega BSA Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12+ months Visa: NO h1b/cpt/opt Interview: Video Job Description: Must be certified - no visa transfer - must share - work auth, id proof, passport # and resume. * Collect business and technical requirements by leading requirement gathering sessions with extended cross functional teams. * Craft user stories, get group consensus and enter into Jira. * Contribute to the creation of use cases, test cases, traceability matrix, and summary-level business requirement documentation. * Serve as the liaison between the business and the GTS organization in order to supply technical solutions to meet business needs. You'll need to have: * Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. * Six or more years of relevant work experience. * Experience working as a development/business analyst eliciting requirements from the business stakeholders. * Two or more years experience working in Jira and Confluence. * Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology. * PowerPoint experience. * Willingness to travel.
