This role, based in Minneapolis, MN, requires on-site presence from day one. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that elevate our products and delight our users. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. Design and iterate on user interfaces that enhance usability and create an intuitive user experience. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure consistency in design implementation. Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability principles. Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design execution. Preferred Skills: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
