Title: Salesforce Lead Location: Windsor, CT Duration: 12+Months Experience: 7+Yrs Job Description: Experience in salesforce Lightning components, Aura framework. Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features. In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules and Triggers, etc. Meet with functional consultants to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment. Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform. Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation. Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform. Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc. GIT hub,ANTS,Jira knowledge. Some knowledge of automation and CI/CD work experience. Requirement: Team Building experience. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Previous work experience with application and software development. Experience managing customers and have strong communication skills. Have done certification related to SFDC Development . Proactive in understanding our framework architecture in logistics and Manufacturing. Experience in Manufacturing and logistics domain will be an added advantage.
