Responsibilities Analysis and design of technical functionality and features Creation of BRD, Epics, user stories, Requirements definition and translation to Jira Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing. Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders. Clear project obstacles and impediments that could slow down the teams progress. Help the team boost their productivity and performance. Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality. Help development team create high-quality products. Help team adopt scrum values and principles. Arrange and optimize product backlog. Requirements and skills Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development High proficiency with SQL and database management Proven analytical abilities. Proven ability to execute scrum projects and user acceptance testing Extensive experience with data visualization High proficiency in technical writing Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology.
