Our client is a recognized employer in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, known for their Enterprise PeopleSoft footprint. These candidates will partner with customers and IT teams to define requirements, write customizations, perform customized programming, and perform testing for the PeopleSoft OBIA Product Suite. Heres how you will impact the company: Perform analysis, design, code, test, and revise complex PeopleSoft Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA) programs based on technical specifications using the ERP development environment and the ERP developer's toolset (currently PeopleSoft and PeopleTools). Interact with the user community to gather and document business requirements, conduct process analysis, and draft conceptual design. Create, customize and implement technical specifications and detailed software design documentation based on business requirements. Perform data mapping, conversion testing, and end-user documentation. Provide user assistance and direction for ad-hoc data reporting, data visualization and, as needed, develop reports using the PeopleSoft and OBIA reporting toolset. Develop and maintain working relationships with a diverse group of business stakeholders (supervisors, managers, directors, vice presidents etc.) to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's business processes to support the prioritization and delivery of demand. We Can Get You an Interview for This Position If You Have: Over 8+ years of technical development experience in one or more PeopleSoft v9.1 or v9.2 FMS modules and OBIA implementations and/or upgrades. Five (5+) years extensive experience in analysis, design, and development utilizing PeopleSoft Tools (People Tools, Application Designer, App Engine, SQR, PS Query, PeopleCode). Six (6+) years of business analyst OBIA experience with proficiency in two or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: General Ledger: Shared Chart of Accounts, combo codes/edits, Financial Reporting, Journal Workflow. Grants Management Billing: Billing Interface, F&A process, Project Costing, OTL & LOC processing Grants, Contracts, Accounts Receivable (AR for Grants and Non-Grant Billing), Related reporting. Source to Pay: Accounts Payable, Voucher process, configurating payment interface, Campus Solutions and HCM Integrations; 3rd party interfaces (Banner) Procurement, ePro, Jaggaer, Travel and Expense, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contracts, eSupplier, reporting. General Finance and Budgeting: Asset Management, Treasury and Financial reporting. Expertise in setup and configuration Data Framework; and Reporting. Higher Education experience. Highly Skilled in use of PeopleTools development tools including PeopleCode, MetaSQL, App Designer, PS Query, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, App Engine, Workflow and Approval Framework, XMLP, temporary tables etc. Experience developing and customizing PeopleSoft objects including designing Application Packages, Application Engines, Component Interfaces, and PeopleCode, and related software.
