Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Salesforce administration with focus on Sales Cloud Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration Experience in creating and maintaining Salesforce databases Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions Create configurable solutions that comprise workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications An analytical problem solver who knows and employs all declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a closely related discipline is required Ability to grasp the requirements and translate/present those demands into a compelling vision and roadmap Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence This is an Hybrid role and require a travel of 3 days/week to office, Troubleshooting and enhancing existing logic in SFDC Providing declarative code for project-related deliverables. Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks Completing regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades Managing Salesforce data feeds and other integrations Coordinating the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
