Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably with a focus on GCP. Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Networking, etc. Experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. Solid understanding of networking principles and security best practices in a cloud environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Google Cloud Platform Certification (e.g., Google Certified Professional - Cloud DevOps Engineer). Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code concepts and tools. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack). Previous experience in a high-traffic, production environment.
