Position: 100% Remote Docebo LMS Consultant Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Month Job Description. About the job Job Overview As an experienced Docebo Consultant you will play a crucial role in optimizing our clients' learning management system (LMS) and ensuring its seamless integration into their organizational processes. Your responsibilities will include providing expert support, knowledge transfer and offering best practice advice to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Docebo platform and their learning programs. Key Responsibilities Docebo Optimization Conduct thorough assessments of the current Docebo LMS setup and configurations. Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in alignment with organizational goals. Implement enhancements to maximize the platform's capabilities and user experience. Technical Support Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving Docebo-related issues. Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to address technical challenges promptly. Provide ongoing support to end-users and address inquiries related to the Docebo platform. Training Delivery Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and administrators. Create training materials, documentation, and resources to support effective learning. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing Docebo features. Best Practice Advisory Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices related to eLearning and learning management systems. Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on leveraging Docebo to achieve organizational learning objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and institutionalize best practices. Requirements Proven experience as a Docebo Consultant or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of Docebo LMS functionalities. Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills related to learning technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner. Experience in developing and delivering training programs. Familiarity with instructional design principles and eLearning best practices. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
