The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, develop functional specifications, and design solutions that meet their needs. The Oracle RMCS functional application lead will also be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and providing guidance and support to team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle RMCS. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications. Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers.
