You will be responsible to kickstart the program, build the team, and operate the project end to end. Your intervention will be required at each stage of project to ensure that the delivery is smooth. You will be responsible to interact with customer and plan the overall project lifecycle along with its stakeholders. Skills & Experience Required Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 10+ years of total experience including 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 FO/FSCM (AX) Experience Project management experience with at least 3 end to end implementation or support programs Basic understanding of Dynamics 365 products Basic understanding of Dynamics 365 FO modules, and their adoption into business Ability to drive discussions, meetings, and team activities. Ability to drive Planning, Estimation, Tracking and Reporting effectively for large projects and programs Excellent communication and stakeholder management Working experience on budgeting, price modelling, optimization, lean principles in relation to Project management Understanding financial impact of decisions and ability to keep the project margins steady Ability to identify potential growth opportunity and driving the leads to successful completion Ability to build a team, arrange for training, creating SOPs and best practices, Monitoring and mentoring Good presentation skills to track and report the project status to the stakeholders Strong client interaction skills Risk identification and management. Escalation and Conflict management skills Able to manage a team of 30-40 Ability and Flexibility to work on Onsite/Nearshore/Offshore models Preferred Planning and Prioritization skills Global customer exposure At least 5 years of experience in managing a team of not less than 10 members PMP, ITIL, Six Cigma certifications are a plus The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements Minimum Years of Experience: >10 years Certifications Needed: Yes.
