Job Description: 7 or more years of industry experience leading technical projects that are customer-facing within Contact Center Technologies. 2 or more years industry experience directly working on Amazon Connect. Experience working with Salesforce CRM 3 years of experience in designing and implementing call routing with dynamic messaging 3 years of experience in AWS Lambda, AWS Dynamo, AWS API Gateway, AWS Lex (Voice / Chat Bots), AWS S3, Amazon Connect Streams. Programming skills in Node.js, Python, or Java. 3 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and with Github / bit bucket for source / version control. Working knowledge of Web RTC and SIP.
