SIEM, threat and vulnerability management, AIM- controlling the access, auditing who has access, policies are being followed Acts as backup to network security engineer they back each other up, if Jason is on vacation they would be on call Roadmap on new solutions/technologies/optimize what they already have Azure AD is identity platform, no IAM tool, network is Zscaler but in the process of moving to umbrella (Meraki shop for cisco) and ERP is all AWS so mostly AWS shop but Azure AD as well so the AWS/Azure is helpful Running technical programs from engineering, AIM, application security is big- lots of systems in flux and changing so assisting in technical part of 3rd party security review for anything new or SOX application review on annual basis. Required: 3-5+ years experience engineering and delivering security technologies or services in mid-size enterprise environments. 'CISSP', CEH, SANS Security and / or other industry and vendor-specific security certifications highly preferred. Experience with any of the following Network Security technologies is desired Palo Alto Networks, F5, Meraki, Cisco. Advanced knowledge with security concepts and technologies such as stateful inspection, packet filtering, 802.1x, Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto preferred), Web Application Firewalls, Intrusion Detection and Prevention systems (Cisco, Palo Alto, Snort preferred), Proxy technologies, load-balancing technologies, network security monitoring, traffic analysis, Distributed Denial of Service Threats and other security vulnerabilities and risk mitigation strategies.
