Build interfaces between UKG and other systems. Work with business users to understand the requirement and create technical design. Implement UKG Pro tool with needed configurations. Handle support tickets and enhancement Role/Expectations on Project: To work as individual contributor in the capacity of technical consultant across implementation & support projects. Helping project team members on critical business requirements and incident/problem ticket resolution. Understand the site-specific delta technical requirements. Module configuration Unit & integration testing, supported system tests, and integration test (identified business scenarios) Interact with users and managers for issue resolution. Technical Design documentation Adhering to project timelines and deliverables Maintain standards and procedures. Helping project team members on critical business requirements and incident/problem ticket resolution. Oversee data migration, data integrity, and data cleansing efforts within the ERP system. Handholding functional development team wherever required. Role/Expectations towards competency: Manage detailed training & documentation to build internal Capability.
