Job Description: Supplemental Staff resource will provide implementation/configuration and product support for Confluent Kafka Platform messaging product on RedHat Linux platforms. Knowledge of the following concepts: Confluent Kafka Operations Kafka ecosystem (Brokers, Connect, Zookeeper,) Confluent Stack (kSQL, Schema Registry, Control Center) Kafka cluster linking and replication. Metro Regional Clusters and Kafka Connectors Prometheus/Grafana Programming Languages (preferred but not required): Shell Scripting, Java, AWXAnsible. Mandatory Skills: Experience and knowledge with Confluent Kafka messaging product on Linux Platforms. Knowledge of Kafka Operations, Kafka Broker, Connect, Zookeeper and KSQL. Kafka cluster linking and replication. Knowledge of Confluent Kafka in both Cloud and On-Prem implementations.
