Job Title : Sr. Cloud Network Engineer Location : 100% Remote (Chicago, IL, United States) Duration : 12+ Months contract role Job details: Experience and Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in a traditional and cloud-based networking and network security with at least 5 years in managing teams. Strong experience in Cloud based networking (Azure, AWS) is required. 5 or more years of experience in a large, global environment is preferred. In depth expertise & experience with the following network technology domain areas. Required expertise: Hands-on experience cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and OCI Experience with cloud or on-prem devices such as Cisco and PaloAlto firewalls Advanced level experience with at least two of the following: EIGRP, MPLS, BGP and OSPF Working technical knowledge of TCP/IP networks and standards (IEEE 802.1) Familiar with network topologies such as MPLS, Frame Relay, ATM, ISDN, etc. Working knowledge of DoD STIGs, and IA Vulnerability Management (IAVM) Experience with Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco IPsec (AES 256), Firewall, IPS, route-maps, and NACLs Expert knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP network technologies; DNS, DHCP, TFTP, NAT, and SSL Cloud Based Networking including Virtual Networks, VPN Gateway, DNS, Traffic Manager/Route 53, Express Routes, Load Balancers, Private Links, Private Endpoints, Network Flow Logs, WAFs Software Defined WAN, Cloud WAN, Peering Points, Remote Access Services/VPN Web Content Filtering (Zscaler).
