'CISSP', CEH, SANS Security and / or other industry and vendor-specific security certifications highly preferred. Experience with any of the following Network Security technologies is desired Palo Alto Networks, F5, Meraki, Cisco. Advanced knowledge with security concepts and technologies such as stateful inspection, packet filtering, 802.1x, Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto preferred), Web Application Firewalls, Intrusion Detection and Prevention systems (Cisco, Palo Alto, Snort preferred), Proxy technologies, load-balancing technologies, network security monitoring, traffic analysis, Distributed Denial of Service Threats and other security vulnerabilities and risk mitigation strategies.
