The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Dynamics 365 ERP modules. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and a proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, requirements, and pain points related to Dynamics 365 ERP modules, especially FICO or Supply Chain Management. Analyze and evaluate existing business systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement or optimization using Dynamics 365 ERP functionalities. Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications for configuration, customization, and development within Dynamics 365. Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Dynamics 365 ERP modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), gather feedback, and facilitate training sessions to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Dynamics 365 ERP modules. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to Dynamics 365 ERP modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary. Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and functionalities, advising stakeholders on potential enhancements or system improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). X+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional role, specifically focused on Dynamics 365 ERP modules such as FICO or Supply Chain Management. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP functionalities and configuration options within FICO or Supply Chain Management modules. Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and translating them into technical solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and technical teams. Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing for Dynamics 365 ERP modules. Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or related modules would be advantageous. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with integration strategies involving other systems and applications with Dynamics 365 ERP modules. Understanding of financial and supply chain business processes and best practices.
