Salesforce Developer Minimum 5-6 years of Salesforce development experience Work experience in the pharma or pharma quality management system (Compliance Quest) Minimum 5-6 years of Salesforce development experience Experienced with APEX, Lightning slow and LWS (Lightning web component) Good knowledge of apex classes, apex triggers, batch processes (Advance Apex), etc. Good knowledge of SOQL and SOSL queries Proficiency with RESTful web services design and documentation Desirable to have Platform Developer I certification and Platform Developer II certification Experience in Service, Sales, Marketing & Health cloud implementations Quality Management (QMS) knowledge under healthcare domain Proficiency with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery DevOps/Release management experience Excellent verbal and written English communication Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills 5+ Years Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, the duties and responsibilities for this position are: Effectively collaborate with business consultants, project team and client resources to determine technical and functional requirements Collaborate with colleagues around design thinking, to bring the customer to the heart of development to deliver great user experience Contribute to the design and development of Apex triggers, Lightning Component Framework apps, visual force/lightning pages and API based integrations. Effectively support Technical Process Review sessions and technical UATs Support data migration and integration activities as required Co-ordination of team activities in line with departmental objectives and project goals Supervision and development of staff reporting to them in line with departmental and project goals.
