| Title: Enterprise Application Integration Engineer Location: Tallahassee, Florida Duration: 6 Months with a possible extension Interview Type: Phone and Video Environment: Hybrid Visa: All visas are workable except CPT, OPT, and H1B Note: LinkedIn Needed. Onsite 3 days a week Flexibility to work hours between 7:00 AM & 7:00 PM and/or Saturdays, either on a rotation or as part of a regular and on-call work schedule. Integration and architect are the keywords. Must have a Masters and 10 years of experience. Job Description: Play a key role in assisting the Office of Information Technology in the establishment of new integration methods and standards, along with implementing system integrations, according to those established methods and standards. General responsibilities may include the following: 1. Develop and deploy integrated solutions aimed at modernization, consolidation, and coordination of independently designed applications within and across the enterprises. 2. Develop requirements for new and emerging enterprise technologies. 3. Determine how existing applications, legacy systems, databases, and web interfaces work together to meet the new and emerging enterprise requirements. 4. Develop methods to efficiently reuse existing components. 5. Work with users to gather business requirements, perform database analysis, and code and test middleware routines to ensure successful communication among the various IT systems and application components. 6. Participate in component and data architecture design, software product evaluation, and buy vs. build recommendations. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or another related field. 4 Years of experience can substitute for a college degree. Experience 5 7 years as a software developer, architect, or development manager is required 5 7 years of experience working with development technologies including Microsoft .NET (C#), ASP.NET/MVC, WCF/WebAPI, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Durandal, Knockout, etc.), REST, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS is highly desired 7 10 years of professional experience in Information Systems or another related field is required. Skill in researching, compiling, and analyzing data to report findings and develop improvement solutions. 5. Ability to communicate effectively; both verbally and written. 8. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. 9. Ability to work independently and as a team. 9 General Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Primary Job Duties/ Tasks The activities this candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Provide architectural guidance and oversight to quality assurance on all new code from inception through integration, staging and production environments. 2. Provide hands-on support to peers; coach, guide and mentor others in accomplishing architecture, design, and implementation goals 3. Drive continuous improvement, which includes design, definition of roadmaps, standardization of processes and methodologies; collaborate with other developers and architects to drive guidelines, methodologies, and documentation. 4. Design and implement integrations utilizing batch jobs, RESTful APIs, and service bus technologies. The submitted candidate must be able to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas: 1. Initiative: Must be able to comprehend assignments, organize workload, and meet deadlines with little direction. Must be able to monitor and analyze situations to determine the next step. 2.
