Dual role of architect and senior C# .Net developer to design, develop, integrate, and support applications for the Consumer Lending team. Provides technical and consultative support on the most complex technical matters. Analyzes, designs, and develops systems based upon user specifications. Provides technical assistance in solving hardware or software problems. Possesses an in-depth knowledge of and works with the technical tools available for systems development and support. Maintains and demonstrates knowledge of technical industry trends, particularly as they apply to Huntington. May assist with identifying training needs or with training of less experienced staff. May serve as project leader for specific projects. Detailed Description: Seeking a candidate that can see the "big picture" and establish a roadmap to migrate the existing code to a loosely coupled, sustainable, scalable solution. Setting direction for the team with all aspects of application development Designing and developing web applications Reviewing requirements documents to provide work estimates Producing accurate solutions that meet the end user's needs Ability to work both independently and within team settings Able to document system solutions in a meaningful manner Provide off-hours production support Required Skills and Experience Bachelors Degree Min 5 years of C# .Net development including participation on full life-cycle projects from inception to implementation ASP .Net/C# XSLT Razor MVC / MVVM Linq MS Visual Studio (2017 or higher) Experience with Agile development Nice to have: AIX, DB2, MQ The selected candidate will be part of a scrum team There is a possibility of employment Work will involve translating vendor XML using XSLT as well as modifying/developing changes to our intranet, web-based, custom built (ASP .Net/C#) user interface. The user interface talks to a mainframe backend. Daily tasks will include participating in stand-ups, working story board cards, participating in testing support. The overall project is process loan applications from a 3rd party/outside vendor with our internally hosted loan origination system.
