Job Title: Product Manager Location: San Jose, CA (Day 1 Onsite/Hybrid) Duration: 6-12+ months Open to C2C / W2 Experience Required: 10+ Years MUST HAVE: Product Management, Marketing, Marketo & Scrum Job Description: What you'll Do: Technical product management standards with a focused approach to building a leading-edge product roadmap. Partner with business and IT teams to define, prioritize, and drive a multi-year roadmap & strategic vision. Navigate the contending needs of multiple business groups. Partner with Marketing and Marketing Ops to understand their requirements and distill into prioritized business cases, ultimately delivering detailed product requirements and end to end use cases to be used by engineering teams. Partner with multiple engineering teams across geographies to deliver new features and enhancements that add business value. Drive an agenda of constant learning and product management improvement. What you need to succeed: 10+ years hands-on experience in software product management in large enterprises. Focus on internal facing products preferred. Practical knowledge of B2B marketing business processes and applications that support enterprise and commercial selling motions (Marketo, Salesforce, Dynamics, Workfront and complex integrations) Excellent written and spoken communications skills with ability to influence executive partners. End user knowledge of Marketo and/or Workfront for Marketing is advantageous. Ability to lead and align multiple partners across various levels of the organization and geographies. Attention to detail with a proactive demeanour and ability to work as part of a distributed team across North America and India. Curiosity and interest to learn new technologies, platforms, and business processes.
