Update: Candidates must have lead/management experience on their resumes. If they have lead experience, but it is not listed on their resume, it must be added before the resume is submitted. Sydney is looking for a person who can manage a team of 3 as well as contribute technically, versus a technical lead. Several candidates we submitted last week did not have lead experience on their resumes, and lacked the required AWS skills.
