Description:

Manage and administer the Service Now platform, including user accounts, access controls, and system upgrades.

Configure and maintain incident and request management processes within Service Now, ensuring smooth operations.

Implement and maintain change management processes, workflows, and required adjustments as need.

Create and maintain service catalogs, items, and request workflows to enable efficient service delivery.

Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and customizations to meet organizational requirements.

Integrate Service Now with other systems and applications, such as email, monitoring tools, and databases as needed.

Provide training to users and assist with resolving issues related to the Service Now platform.

Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and key metrics.

Ensure the platforms security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes.

Work under little supervision on day-to-day basis.

Participate in special projects as required.
