Title: Display System Validation Engineer Location: Sunnyvale, CA (100% onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract(C2C) Exp: 5 10 Years Job description: Roles & Responsibilities : Display system validation for the LCD/LCOS/Mico-OLED electronics and their optical components Lead the validation for the display electrical interface standards (MIPI, eDP) and optical performance criteria for the mass production project Drive display products, functional validation into clear and measurable display specifications and document and test setup with optical measurement devices (Photometer/Colorimeter) Electro-Optic system development for the consumer electronics and embedded systems Develop comprehensive Display system and sub-system level test specifications, manage and execute test plans, and provide feedback to development teams Work closely with cross-functional team members and clients to produce high quality engineering solutions Required Skills (Technical Competency) Bachelors Degree in Electrical Electronics (EE) or Optics with 5-10 years of experience in System Validation role for consumer electronics field Skilled in reading and interpreting electric, electronic, and optic system drawings and schematics. Strong written and oral communication skills the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel. Experience in technical documentation and report generation. Basic networking/communication knowledge (such as Modbus, RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, protocols) required. Embedded Electronics system validation for the display/optic applications (AR, VR devices) LCOS/Micro-OLED Optical product validation experience preferred (Radiant Vision etc.) Experience with Lean manufacturing practices (Kanban, Poke-Yoke, JIT, Value Stream Map) Design and application knowledge of embedded EE interface standards (I2C, eUSB etc.) Experience with test software programming, HMI, C#, Python, C, using SoC and DRY techniques is a plus. Title: Battery Lead Validation Engineer Location: Sunnyvale, CA (100% onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract(C2C) Exp: 9 18 Years Required Skills Minimum 7 years of Testing Experience in Battery systems for embedded products Create and execute test plan for battery validation as per the specifications and regulations. Should have good knowledge in battery testing activities such as Performance, Reliability, Safety, and Regulatory Tests. Expertise in battery cycle testing, including battery charge/discharge testing in different scenario, battery recycling testing etc. Knowledge on Lithium ion battery, Charge discharge cycling, constant current charging & Constant voltage charging, Quick charging concepts, Load for battery testing, battery management circuit and Thermal testing for battery. Should be able to support battery validation to explore boundary performance of battery systems. Knowledge for the assessment of batteries and energy storage systems used in wearable technology devices. Experience in using any battery testing tools for embedded battery systems Record and analyze test data, document test findings and support root cause analysis Responsible for test coverage analysis and system level HW/SW validation testing Should have excellent interpersonal and customer relational Skills. Active participation is Sprint planning and Retrospective meetings with customer Proficiency in test management tools like Azure and JIRA. Preferred Skills Good to have knowledge in android and iOS testing, Python and ADB skills Nice to have experience in design and implementation of Automation testing Good to have experience in creation of automated test scripts to validate battery features and functions. Title: Camera Lead Validation Engineer Location: Sunnyvale, CA (100% onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract(C2C) Exp: 10 18 Years Required Skills Lead camera and depth characterization and design validation across consumer electronic product Familiar with image quality evaluation methodology and general optical metrology Knowledge of image sensor and camera module System and functional level validation of Camera level use cases on hardware perspective Test setup specific for Camera validation Highly skilled in embedded testing - Automation scripting and Manual testing. Working knowledge of Android CE devices Should be familiarized with core embedded system concepts like MCU, SoC, Memory etc Should have knowledge of android tools and commands Expertise with Python and should be capable of doing shell/ batch scripting as required. Also understand Matlab. Understanding of adb commands. Working expertise with Python libraries like pandas, numpy, opencv etc. Should be able to find and use new libraries as required.
