No other certifications qualify. Planning, coordinating, and executing the Virginia State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects; Ensure that all deliverables are provided on-time, within scope and within budget; Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility; Ensure resource availability and allocation; Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress; Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques; Providing technical and/or programmatic support to the SLCGP Grant; Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques; Report and escalate to management as needed; Perform risk management to minimize potential risks; Establish and maintain relationships with identified partners; Create and maintain project documentation; Meet to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project; Identify appropriate parties for project tasks based on roles, strengths, skill sets, and experience levels; Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals; Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis; Develop project plans to be shared with other directorates; Perform other related duties as assigned; Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs; Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Current Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute(PMI), no other certifications qualify Required Proven working experience in Project Management Required 5 Years Strong written and verbal communication skills Required 5 Years Strong Federal Grant administration experience Highly desired 5 Years Strong Organization skills including, attention to detail and multitasking skills. Required 5 Years Strong Woking knowledge of Microsoft office tools Required 5 Years Experience with project management tools Required 5 Years Ability to meet the VA Project management requirements.
