You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into robust and agile workflow solutions. At least 5 years of Camunda experience designing, and implementing back-end service using Spring, Hibernate and CAMUNDA BPMN workflow engine Over 9-10 years of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, experience. Familiar with SDLC platforms including JIRA, Confluence, Git etc. Requirement analysis and drafting technical document for developers to implement application as well as involving in day-to-day development activities Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and implement end-to-end BPMN-based workflow solutions using Camunda BPM. 2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements. 3. Develop and configure BPMN workflows, decision tables, and forms within the Camunda platform. 4. Customize Camunda's workflow engine and integrate it with other systems and APIs. 5. Design and optimize business rules, process models, and task forms for efficiency and scalability. 6. Conduct unit testing, system testing, and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of solutions. 7. Create technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides. 8. Provide support and guidance to team members on Camunda BPM best practices and implementation. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BPM technologies.
