Analyzing & optimizing existing deployment, Capacity assessment, Server Usage, & Reporting using MongoDB & WAM Tool. Administer Users, Security, & Collections/Districts for workflow deployment. Project management, Stakeholders Communication & training end users Follow structured processes for change/incident management, code optimization, best practices implementation, & business continuity strategies. Provide support to user community on various Alteryx/Alteryx Server and Desktop issues and communicate with business users effectively. Experience troubleshooting network, firewall, and active directory issues including SSO/SMAL. Through understanding on AWS cloud resource management and monitoring tools. Expert in advanced deployments of API and Macro supporting multiple Alteryx versions. Very Good communication skills, should be able to talk to users, understand their issues and provide advice. Extensive experience in troubleshooting and support global environment 24/7 in case of production issues. Experience working in agile team and using Jira; Familiarity with scrum processes, Incidence management and root cause analysis.
