The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client. Requirements: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Golden, CO (required); Experience as a Business Analyst (8+ years); Experience as a Process Engineer (5+ years); Experience as a project manager; Experience with process documentation software (ex: Visio); Experience with data visualization; Experience in technical writing; Business Analysis Certification, CAPM accreditation, or professional certifications related to data visualization (preferred); Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or similar degree. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Support the transition from legacy applications and processes to standard enterprise solutions; Work initially with stakeholders from multiple departments to document current-state business process that are used to produce key reports and map the associated data flows; Work with department leaders who are responsible to define the future-state of these business processes and data flows; Gather requirements & use cases that will be used by the project teams that are delivering projects within the Data Culture Portfolio; Define all stakeholder groups, interview subject matter experts to determine process name, boundaries, inputs & outputs, and activities. Hold process review sessions and identify process roles. Document these things in a flowchart, iterate on early drafts with SMEs, present to stakeholders and publish process documentation; Identify data sources, analyze data type, interview subject matter experts, document how data moves between platforms, and validate data maps with SMEs; Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and ultimately verify requirements; Responsible to 1) proactively identify project risks, 2) resolve those risks within your span of control, and 3) clearly escalate project risks outside your span of control in a timely manner; Demonstrate deep knowledge of Business Analysis best practices. Collaborate with teammates to advance the organizational maturity within the BA Domain; Support project managers as requested & assigned by 1) serving as scribe in select project meetings, to capture & publish meeting minutes, 2) following up on project action items, or 3) updating Project records (ex: RAID log); Act as liaison between technical and non-technical personnel; Other duties as assigned.
