| Hi Contract Role: Devops / Senior Cloud Ops Consultant Exp 11+ Location: Tampa Florida Key Skills : Azure, Hashicorp, Terraform, Hashicorp Vault, Rancher, Prisma Cloud Compute etc AKS, EKS , IaaC Tools, Terraform, Kubernetes JD: Cloud platforms: Azure (Primarily), experience with AWS/GCP is a plus. Azure - experience with IaaS and PaaS. Technical certification in Azure at an administrator / architect / developer/ Networking level is a requirement. GCP, AWS - several years of experience and certifications are a big plus. Experience of working with Azure DevOps and DevOps concepts in general Scripting and automation experience - PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, Bash, etc. Have worked or general knowledge on APIs Experience with Hashicorp stack of tools: Terraform, Vault, Consul. Respective certifications. Experience with Container technologies and orchestration tools: Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, Docker, Rancher, Prisma Cloud Compute, etc. Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, Azure Monitor, etc. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and github. General knowledge and experience in technical IT and Information Security. General knowledge of and experience with the ITIL processes - incident, change management, configuration management, problem management, etc. Familiarity with Agile approaches. Fluent spoken and written English. Good technical writing skills. Ability to write high quality technical and procedural KB articles. Knowledge and experience of building and maintaining chat bots is a plus. Knowledge and experience in AI & ML is a plus. Responsibilities Deployment of cloud resources using automation tools (e.g. Azure DevOPS pipelines). Resolution of PwC applications teams issues associated with their resources in the cloud (connectivity, performance, access, etc.). Tuning and troubleshooting of CI/CD pipeline tools (ADO) , IaaC Tools (Hashicorp Terraform, Hashicorp Vault, Rancher, Prisma Cloud Compute etc). Troubleshooting and support of Container related technologies, such as AKS and Orchestration tools (Rancher, Prisma compute,etc). Contributing to projects related to Cloud automation, optimization, security, etc. Inventing and implementation of service improvements. Consulting PwC applications teams on the optimal use of the PwC global Cloud Services. Handling Customers escalations and concerns related to the PwC global Cloud Services. Systems and environments availability and capacity monitoring, control and management.
