Job Title: Sr. Network Engineer Job Location: Getzville NY (Hybrid Resource is expected to be in office for at-least 3 days a week) Experience Required: 13+ Yrs. Position Type: Contract As a Network Operations Engineer, you will: Provide 1st/2nd line technical support & incident management, monitoring for circuits and hardware. Report and track carrier issues, hardware RMAs etc. Manage operational network maintenance activities and implement changes Provide monitoring & fault management and remediation of alerts.
