Strong understanding of computer architecture and hardware. Exceptional troubleshooting skills and familiarity with diverse technologies. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team. Flexibility to travel between project sites and occasional visits to other locations. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Siemens HVDC software/technologies. Experience with Windows Host-Based Firewalls, Group Policy Objects, and Active Directory. Proficiency in Cisco ASA Firewalls with Firepower and Cisco Firewall Management Center. Knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication, Paessler PRTG, Tripwire Log Center, Trend Micro Apex One, and Duo Multi-Factor Authentication. Understanding and experience in NERC CIP compliance, including evidence gathering. Strong expertise in firewall rule documentation for compliance. Responsibilities: Configure and manage applications, servers, and network systems. Install and maintain software and hardware components. Provide system administration and technical support. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently. Configure and monitor cybersecurity tools to ensure asset protection. Document work processes and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment. Travel between San Francisco, CA, Pittsburg, CA, and occasional trips to Port of West Sacramento, CA.
