Job Description

Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms to promote execution and change processes that will instil celebrations of success Contribute to the development of standard change management methods / tools and related training Support change capability at the organizational level through knowledge transfer activities, advising on change management tools and resources, and facilitating continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned Provide change management input to overarching program management processes and reporting Identify the types of testing required as per the applicable project methodologies Work with OCM team to develop and execute comprehensive, actionable, and targeted change management plans and tools for changes that include people, process and technology/systems Develop and maintain communication tools and materials Utilizes Talent and OD processes to assess, diagnose, design, and deliver custom solutions needed to optimize talent management and enhance organizational effectiveness to achieve business objectives Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the impact caused by projects or business change initiatives on the people component employees of the Business Unit (BU) Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change across multiple change initiatives (1.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (2.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. (3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
