Salesforce Loyalty Management Consultant. The successful candidate will have a deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce Loyalty Management solution, with specific skills in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications, and modifying Salesforce pages through both code and no-code solutions. Key knowledge areas include understanding journal ledgers, setting up exclusive promotions, creating vouchers, managing currency points, and ideally, familiarity with the setup of a "refer a friend" loyalty program. Hands-on experience with Apex customization for new API integrations is essential. Additional knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus. The ideal candidate will use their expertise to consult with clients, design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions, leveraging technical tools to create tailor-made solutions.
