Experience in Mobile Device Management, Intune and SCCMSHIFT: Day 9:00AM TO 7:00PMJOB SUMMARY Windows 10, Windows 11 and Windows7 OS troubleshooting Knowledge on handling iOS and MAC Oses devices End User Applications Support (Desktop Client Applications) OS Image Patch Management and Software Deployments/Upgrades Hardware Install, Move, Add, Changes (IMAC) Activities Mobile Device Management experience (especially Intune) Desk side & Conference Room Support Remote Sites Field Services upon request Customer handling skills (In Person and remote) Should be able to physically lift/move up to 50 pounds.Roles & Responsibilities Manage the technology lifecycle by facilitating the installation, configuration and optimization of hardware and software in an IT infrastructure. Performs troubleshooting of hardware, tools and applications problems, and monitoring systems, and provides support to end users by effectively working incidents. Technology-Specific Qualifications: End User hardware technologies (Desktop, Laptops, Mobile, IOS, MAC) Messaging and Collaboration platforms . ExchangeOffice 365, Skype for Business, Zoom. Microsoft Active Directory Manage users, computers and GPOs. Evaluate customer request and propose plan based on the discussion with stake holders. Resolve elevated tickets through investigation and identification of fix and coordinate with vendor when required. Perform proactive analysis on repetitive issues. Undertake problem diagnoses, correction and escalated support of OSD technologies across the organization. Accountable for change / release planning and implementation, considering risk and impact to the environment.
